His talents have garnered him six Grammy Awards and six Billboard Awards, as well as an Emmy Award for the For Love or Country soundtrack. Throughout his illustrious career, Arturo Sandoval has performed alongside other jezz legends like Stan Getz, Woody Shaw and Dizzy Gillespie, as well as with decidedly non-jazz acts such as the London Symphony, Rod Stewart and Alicia Keys. In addition to his role as a masterful trumpet player, Arturo is also an excellent pianist, composer and classical music performer.
