American Indians 101: A Brief Introduction to Indian Country

This presentation will provide a brief overview of American Indians including information about tribes, reservations and historic events that have shaped contemporary American Indian experiences. Our speaker, Rebecca, has been the Director of the American Indian Resource Center at UCSC since 2014.

This talk is open to all members of our community. We highly recommend it for area teachers as a primer for discussing American Indians in the classroom.
