Celebrate Piano Ensemble

Celebrate Piano Ensemble (CPE) celebrates its anniversary this February 21 with a concert of piano duos (two pianists at two pianos) and duets (two pianists at one piano). This marks fifteen years of ever more popular concerts, raising funds for scholarships for young music students in Santa Cruz County.

Come hear beautiful and exciting music by Johannes Brahms, Antonin Dvorak, Charles Chabrier, Modest Mussorgsky, George Bizet and Dmitri Shostakovich at UCSC Music Center Recital Hall on Sunday, February 21 at 2:00 PM.

This concert benefits the Talent Bank Scholarship Fund and the Josephine Alvarado Memorial Bach Scholarship Fund, sponsored by the Santa Cruz County branch ofthe Music Teachers’ Association of California, and is presented in cooperation with the UCSC Music Department.

Suggested donation of $10.00 goes to the scholarship funds for Santa Cruz County school-age music students. Following the concert therewill be a reception in the lobby. For further information, call (831) 338-1214.
