About us

What is mole? One way to think of it is the Mexican version of a curry made with a variety of nuts, seeds, and spices. Many people know mole as a chocolate sauce, but cacao is one of the many ingredients found in some moles. Our mole has 25 ingredients!

My Mom's Mole is one of the over 30 locally-owned businesses that operate out of the El Pájaro CDC Commercial Kitchen Incubator in Watsonville. Read more about the kitchen and its many businesses in this 2016 story from the Good Times Santa Cruz: http://goodtimes.sc/cover-stories/kitchen-of-dreams/
