About Everything Abalone Cooking Class
The class will begin with a demo by the American Abalone Farm in Davenport, then participants will assist Chef Eric Adema prepare several delectable dishes: “Mueniere” style abalone fritters, grilled abalone and shaved fennel salad, abalone ceviche and abalone chowder. These dishes will be enjoyed during class with wine.
