About Hula Hoop Class at the Park

Have fun while improving your health through this low-impact, full-body exercise.

Join a friendly, supportive, loosely-structured environment where adults and children have found success using special oversized hoops designed for absolute beginners.

Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and let yourself laugh and enjoy the fluid movement of hula hooping. Beginners soon transition to learning tricks such as turning/walking with the hoop and moving it across various parts of the body.

All classes are 30 minutes in length.

Hoops are provided. Cash, local checks or credit cards accepted and payment is due at the end of class. $6/lesson.

All new customers receive their first class for free.
Children hoop free with their parents at this class primarily designed for adults.
