Immerse in TriYoga Level 1 - Teacher Training

One weekend per month for 10 months, beginning in September. Certify to teach Level 1 or deepen your practice. Jnana flow on weekends with Yogini Kaliji includes yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and subtle yoga anatomy. Yogaflow weekends with Nandi and Tarini includes technique, teaching methodology, and practicum. Also, Triyoga Anatomy in the Flow with Nandi. Friday 6-9pm, Saturday 12:30-5:30pm, Sunday 12:30-4:30pm. Everyone is welcome. Students who must miss a session can make up the hours. Preregistration required.
