About Jessica Bauman: “What Refugees Taught Me About Shakespeare”
“What Refugees Taught Me About Shakespeare”
New York City theater director Jessica Bauman and UCSC Professor Cat Ramirez will explore the ways that the stories we hear and tell about refugees shape our responses to the worldwide migration crisis. They will ask, how can we connect with the full humanity of displaced people, and what role should the arts and humanities play in helping us to do so?
If you have disability-related needs, please contact us at [email protected] or call 831-459-1274 by January 28th.
