About Mother's Day Yoga for healing Loss

On Mother's day in the later afternoon, Carla Brown offers an experiential class to move through struggle related to loss of our mother or loss of a child. Combining many forms of gentle yoga, movement and breath techniques - this space is to help you transform the struggle, liberate the body and reconnect to love. Carla was drawn to this powerful practice through her own personal experiences of loss and renewal. As a Reiki Master, Intuitive and Energy Practitioner, she will lead you in a process of releasing the patterns of stress and held emotion from the body, which can occur through loss and trauma.
