FREE workshops to EMPOWER FAMILIES who want to feel safer in our community.

Two workshops:
8-13 years 1:00 - 2:15pm (parent/caregiver MUST ATTEND)
14-25 years 2:30 - 4:00pm

Self Defense, safety and care for families! These workshops are designed for youth AND their families to learn an introduction to self-defense and care. SO if your child is experiencing any form of bullying, or if you have a teen or college student in your family that could benefit from a self defense class before they enter their adulthood, this is for YOU.
