About Santa Cruz CORE Fitness + Rehab Semi-Private Training Core

Semi Private Training CORE: This high intensity workout will challenge and improve stabilization, endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength and power. Expect to work hard, burn calories, sweat and feel a deep burn in the muscles. The CORE level of Semi-Private Training is for individuals with no real orthopedic limitations who have successfully passed our Function Movement Screen (FMS).
