About Santa Cruz CORE Fitness + Rehab Semi-Private Training Fundamentals

Semi Private Training Fundamentals: These training sessions are slower paced than the SPT CORE. This training session focuses on active, dynamic and passive stretching, myofascial release, and corrective exercise progressions to perfect the functional movement patterns. This will prevent injury, increase athletic performance, efficiency, and ensure longevity through sustainable movement patterns. This is a great place for those with orthopedic limitations who weren't able to pass the FMS to start, as well as for high intensity athletes to ensure their continued peak performance and function.
