Slow Flow Yoga (Posture and Alignment focus)
This is a 4-week Yoga series class running on Tuesdays between May 2nd-May 23rd from 9:30-10:45am. These classes will be taught at a slow and gentle pace allowing time to explore and adjust each pose to fit the body. They will focus on proper alignment and posture that can help with injury prevention and recovery. Students will move their bodies slowly and mindfully so that the muscles become both longer and stronger. This series is ideal for students of all levels who are looking to improve stability, manage pain and reduce stress.
