Teen Women's Self-Defense Class (ages 13-17)

The course addresses assertiveness, body language, the power of the voice and various physical self-defense techniques for teen women. Registration is closed after the 1st class.

Held at the Louden Nelson Center Room 7
$5 for residents/$15 for non-residents.
