About Vanilla Festival & Dinner

Chef David Jackman and Patricia Rain, Vanilla Queen, invite you to join us for a festive evening celebrating vanilla, the world’s most valuable orchid. This year it’s a fundraiser to get the Queen to Ecuador where she is a featured speaker at the 2017 World Orchid Conference.

Your ticket includes entry to the festival at the Food Lounge, a visual educational journey through the tropics to six unique vanilla farms, a four course dinner (menu below), silent auction, raffle, and a complimentary gift bag from the Vanilla Queen.

Chef David will prepare another exceptional four-course meal for your dining pleasure. A full bar is available, including wines to pair with your meal. The Queen will take you on a virtual tour of unique tropical vanilla farms around the world. There will also be a silent auction and raffle. Some vanilla products will be available for purchase at the event. Expect to have fun!
