Yoga Teaching Skills Development

(Instructor permission required for enrollment) Learn to teach yoga! This course covers skills for yoga teaching including how to think about and give adjustments, the basics of prenatal yoga, helping students with injuries, planning classes for specialized populations, and more. Completion of pre-requisites and instructor permission are required for enrollment. This course may be used as credit toward the completion of a 200 hour teaching certification or as continuing education for yoga instructors.
