Gather Restaurant's Chef Sean Baker to Participate in the Biodynamic Roundtable on July 12

Sean Baker, Executive Chef and co-owner of Gather Restaurant, will be the featured chef at the Biodynamic Roundtable presented by Dionysian Writes on Thursday, July 12 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Berkeley's Brower Center, in the Tamalpais Room. The price of the event is $85.00 including tax and gratuity.

Chef Baker will prepare six plates of food that will be paired with six biodynamic wines from two top-shelf Napa Valley producers, Grgich Hills and Ehlers Estate. The evening will conclude with biodynamically produced brandy from Marian Farms.

Ivo Jeramaz of Grgich Hills, Kevin Morrisey of Ehlers Estate and Gena Nonini of Marian Farms will be on hand to discuss biodynamics, and Chef Baker will lead a conversation on the pairings. All attendees will receive a packet giving a history of biodynamics, information on the entities involved, and a summary of resources for furthering exploring biodynamics.
