For those not in the know, Hot Tuna started off as a spin-off of classic rock band, Jefferson Airplane. Featuring members Jack Casady on bass and Jorma Kaukonen on guitar, the band plays acoustic and electric versions of original and traditional blues songs. Formed in 1969, Hot Tuna has performing and recording on and off for over forty years, boasting various lineups. They continue to record and tour, and released their album Steady as She Goes just last year.More Info
