Come on down to Kuumbwa Jazz Center as they host an evening with the Joe Krown Trio, featuring Walter “Wolfman” Washington and Russell Batiste Jr. Joe Krown has established himself as a master of the Hammond B-3 organ as the keyboardist for Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown. Guitarist and vocalist Walter "Wolfman" Washington started his career back in the 1950s performing with R&B icons Lee Dorsey and Irma Thomas. Drummer Russell Bastiste, Jr. hails from the Crescent City and has gigged with the Wild Magnolias, Allan Toussaint and Vida Blue.
