The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk hosts the 2012 Pro-Am Beach Soccer Championships. This tournament gives amateur and professional soccer teams the opportunity to compete, with 150 youth and adult teams participating as well as the US Men's National Beach Soccer Team.
