Our tranquil haven is surrounded by Santa Cruz with its eccentric and esoteric points of interest and lifestyle.

The Home:
Our delightful two-bedroom/one-bath home, which sleeps six, is charming and artistically decorated. It features hardwood floors, vintage tile, antiques, objects d'arte, and creative decor. There's a double bed in the first bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size futon in the family room.

Lovely gardens boast glorious flowers as well as culinary and medicinal herbs. There are literally hundreds of plants here and every season provides a unique garden experience. The Corcoran Lagoon borders the rear of the property and offers numerous species of birds to create a very magical and peaceful environment.

Each summer the herons (great blue), arctic terns, and egrets are here in full force, gracefully performing their dance numbers and flirting with each other. The ducks are always on parade beginning around sunset. Don't forget to bring your camera when you stay at this beach rental.

This quiet neighborhood, nestled between Santa Cruz and Capitola, is surrounded by the best that our area offers. Our comfortable home is just a short walk to the best beaches in Santa Cruz as well as world class entertainment and culture.
