A Restorative Group for those Grieving

A 4 week restorative group offered by Hospice of Santa Cruz County for those grieving the death of a loved one, 6:30 - 8pm in Santa Cruz. This group will utilize meditation, Reiki, movement, writing, and Zentangle as modalities to explore and help heal our grief. Pre-registration is required. Call (831) 430-3078 to register.
