Advance Care & Estate Planning

Assemblymember Mark Stone and many special guests will offer information and answer questions about estate planning, advance directives, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, and the End of Life Option Act. Onsite assistance will be available to draft your own advance directive. Light refreshments will also be provided.
