Annual Orange Wine & Oyster Event

We are very excited to be hosting our annual Oyster & Orange Wine Event. We will be showcasing our 2016 & 2017 Pinot Grigio Ramatos. Ramato is the Italian word for "copper" and refers to the color of this beautiful wine. We accomplish this by allowing the juice to macerate on the skins for 30 days before going into neutral oak barrels for 4 months of aging. The result is a mineral driven wine with delicate aromatics and soft tannins. Bill the Oyster Man will be providing us with his delicious fresh oysters on the half shell, along with his incredible array of homemade sauces. The perfect pairing!
