Community Health Trust's Annual Community Health Fair

Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley is hosting its annual health fair. This fun-filled event offers health information, screening, and other community resources for free to the whole family! Our hope is to create awareness of the health resources in the Pajaro Valley, increase equitable access to health services, and to empower individuals to take care of their wellbeing, which is especially important as we continue to navigate the pandemic.
