Join us for a day or part of a day to explore compassionate communication with family members, friends, co-workers, community members—and with yourself.

NVC Basics
Compassionate Boundaries
Freedom From Blame and Shame
Boogie with Our Jackals
The Freedom to Ask for Support: Making Requests using NVC
Parents: Making Requests and Setting Limits
NVC for Men — and the Women Who Want to Understand Them
