Film about labor struggles: "American Dream"

As part of the 15th annual Reel Work Film Festival, this film chronicles the 1985 battle at a Hormel plant in Austin, Minnesota when workers were asked to take a $2/hour pay cut. The union divides into factions, scabs are brought on, leaders quarrel, the National Guard is brought in and finally, after six months, the union is forced to submit. Was it worth it?
