We are celebrating our 13 year anniversary by kicking off our Summer Supper Series!

FLANDERS PAIRING prepared by Emily Thomas & Chad Brill, owners Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing

California BBQ - (menu may change due to seasonality of produce)

#1 : Grilled Rodoni Baby Artichokes, Flanders Hot Artichoke Dip paired w/ Max

#2 : Mediterranean Salad w/ Roasted Plums and Garden Variety Feta paired w/ Pete

#3 : Flanders Brined Fogline Chickens, Roasted Baby Carrots & Fennel paired w/ Charlie

#4 : Tart Berry Crumble w/ Creme Anglaise paired w/ Jake

Guests will be served four courses (family style) and each course will be paired with a different Flanders style ale. Guests will leave with a bottle of their favorite Flanders and a souvenir glass.

About the Flanders Series: In the Fall of 2015, Sean & Fran Fitzharris of Brewery Twenty Five joined Emily Thomas and Chad Brill of Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing for an all day session, brewing up a batch of Flanders Oud Bruin. They maxed out the mash tun with caramel and roasted grains to create a sweet, brownish red wort. Four unique oak barrels were filled, four unique yeast strands were pitched and each barrel took on a personality of it's own. They affectionately name each barrel after each of their dogs and the rest is history.

About the Summer Supper Series: On various Wednesdays throughout the Summer, Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing will be hosting a beer pairing with local chefs and food artisans. All the meals are served family style in the open air beer garden. Price includes a four course meal paired with beers from Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing and a souvenir glass.
