Free 5th anniversary dance class!

Join us for FREE dance classes across town as Rhythm & Motion Dance Workout celebrates five years in Santa Cruz, and almost 40 in the Bay Area.

Rhythm & Motion classes share the joy, intensity and skill of dance in its many forms to the general public in a safe and positive atmosphere. We believe that the art and ritual of dance belong to all of us, and that anyone can dance.
