Grief Support through Meditation and Reiki

Hospice of Santa Cruz County offers this grief support group which incorporates meditation and Reiki as tools to help heal through grief. No meditation or Reiki experience needed. This 6 week group starts on Mon. Feb. 20th, 6:30 - 8pm, on the upper westside of Santa Cruz. Pre-registration is required.
