Prepare 3 delicious pastas the old-fashioned way: fresh thyme pappardelle, sweet potato gnocchi, and beet water ravioli. Use them in 3 vegetarian dishes: leek & mushroom marsala, sweet potato gnocchi in a light arugula pesto cream, and beet & acorn squash ravioli with toasted walnuts in a brown butter sage sauce.
