Hurricane Harvey Sunset Yoga Fundraiser

I was inspired by a number of people and situations to throw together a Yoga Fundraiser for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. All donations will go to four reputable organizations helping with relief efforts. You choose which organization(s) you want to donate to!

Join me and our community on Thursday, Sept. 7 at 6:30 PM for a Gentle Yoga class for all-levels and ages. Seriously, all ages. I remember helping with flood relief in my hometown at the age of 10 --- we can all be part of this effort. The event will be in my neighborhood park Cypress Park Vista Point with breathtaking views of the canyon, ocean, and sunset.

The class will be one hour and end at 7:30 PM as the sun is setting. Bring a yoga mat or towel, there will be extras too. Cash, check and venmo are great ways to donate!
