Everyone is invited to join Legends Comics & Games for FREE International TableTop Day, Saturday April 30th from 11:00am to 7:00pm. International TableTop Day was founded three years ago as a way for the world to celebrate tabletop gaming together. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to play a board game this is your chance. We will be playing popular board games starting every hour on the hour. Legends Comics and Games (formerly GameALot) is located in Capitola Mall.
Bring a friend and learn how to play that game you’ve always wanted to learn. We will also have our game library open where you can check out a variety of games to try, or you can bring your favorite game and share it. In addition, TableTop game experts will be on hand to help you master the art of the games.
International TableTop Day is a project hosted by Geek and Sundry. Geek & Sundry presents the best in internet television and online’s foremost geek voices. Founded by the producers of the hit web series The Guild, Geek & Sundry offers a diverse lineup of shows that create a hub for fans of comedy, gaming, comics, music, and literature around the world. Spearheaded by prominent geek figureheads, the network features original content by Felicia Day (The Guild, Dr. Horrible, Eureka) and Wil Wheaton (Star Trek, The Big Bang Theory). We will be live-streaming Will Wheaton’s TableTop all day too.
