Kidney Health Day San Jose

Kidney Health Day is coming to San Jose on Saturday, November 5! Take action for your health and join us at the Mayfair Community Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kidney Health Day is free and open to the public, so bring your friends and family along for free kidney health screenings, community health resources, a kids’ center and fun fitness activities!
