Last Day to Vote for Envirotoken Beneficiaries

Every six months a new set of local nonprofits are voted in by New Leaf Community Markets’ customers to be beneficiaries of the store’s Envirotoken program. Every time you reuse a grocery bag at New Leaf you get a token worth 10 cents to direct to one of the nonprofit beneficiaries. Since the program launched in 1993, New Leaf has donated $840,703, over 8 million bags have been reused, and 11,614 trees have been saved.
