About Major Keys of Asia Minor - Music & the Spirit of the Imagination Have No Boundaries
Amazing and beautiful new vocal works and chamber music by six Middle Eastern composers of Christian, Jewish and Islamic heritages will be performed by nMw Ensemble and outstanding guest artists, pianist Kate Campbell, The Ariose Singers. And renowned Israeli vocalist, Etty BenZaken, who will perform Assembly of the Souls, a peace-inspired song cycle set to Arabic and Hebraic sacred texts, composed by visiting Israeli composer, Eitan Steinberg.
There will also be two free lecture/performances by Guest Artists Eitan Steinberg and Etty BenZaken offered Friday, April 15th, 8PM at Temple Beth El and again April 16, at 7PM, just before the concert.
