Learning to meditate will expand your awareness of yourself, and help extend upon what you may already know. Learn how to manage stress with deepening meditation practice. Scientific studies show that meditation is extremely effective in stress reduction, and management. It helps move one towards inner peace, greater happiness, and self-love.

Using traditional teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda (Autobiography of a Yogi), we will explore the deep and transformative method of Hong-Sau technique that he taught as well as some guided imagery that will help us move into experiencing more harmony, peace, and unconditional love.
