Mindfulness Beyond the Mat - What does it mean? How can we not just DO yoga but see our yoga practice infiltrate peace in all areas of our lives. In this workshop students will be guided through a somatic based experience with simple and effective techniques that build connection to SELF and other, learning how to create a mindfulness based practice beyond the mat.
Bio of facilitator:
Amanda Biccum is a Holistic Health Coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher. She has been studying nutrition and mindfulness with various traditions and cultures around the world. Her work is rooted in helping people deepen their mindfulness practice so that they can implement the practices into their daily lives, creating more clarity and peace within.
