About Mindfulness in Nature

How do we relate and respond to our earth when we have the space and silence to do so? Nature’s movements and rhythms are quite different from those produced by our modern technologies, and yet, as earth beings, they are a central part of the human experience. It can take time to slow down and open to the subtle changes and textures of the natural world. In this day-long retreat, we take this opportunity, alternating between periods of insight practice and solo time in nature, where we will be invited to wander, watch, listen and feel into the richness of our earthly inheritance.
