Mole & Craft Beer

We're back at home in Watsonville at Elkhorn Slough Brewing Co. this Friday with our mole nachos & mole bowls.

Mole nachos are served on a bed our of handmade tortilla chips with your choice of shredded chicken and/or roasted root veggies and topped with a choice of 3 mole sauces, and garnished with diced fresh tomatoes & pickled jalapeño.

Mole bowls are served on a bed of our ancient grains with chicken and veggies options and choice of 3 mole sauces.
