Mole Nachos are back at Corralitos Brewing Co.

My Mom's Mole returns to Corralitos Brewing Co. this Saturday! Come by enjoy the great selection of beer on tap and enjoy a meal at the same time. We sold out of food in three hours last weekend, but don't fret; we'll be prepping a lot more for this Saturday.

We are again featuring our newest creation—mole nachos! Your choice of shredded chicken and/or roasted veggies are served on a bed of our homemade tortilla chips, topped with our signature mole sauce & our new mole queso sauce, and garnished with diced fresh tomatoes & jalapeño.

What is mole? One way to think of it is the Mexican version of a curry made with a variety of nuts, seeds, and spices. Many people know mole as a chocolate sauce, but cacao is one of the many ingredients found in many (but by no means all) moles. Our signature mole has 25 ingredients!
