About Natural Mind Meditation

Natural Mind Meditation is from the Tibetan Dzogchen tradition. There are many different Dzogchen teachings. Geshe Namgyal’s teaching is unique: Pure Natural Mind as the single path. It is easy to practice, but encompasses the quintessential deep meaning of true nature.
With this practice, we can see through conceptual and emotional patterns and experience an infinite, more spacious view. This simple spiritual practice is the most direct solution to negative emotions and uncovers the ultimate realization.
