About Nourish 360: Women's Wellness Program

Give yourself the gift of energy, nourishment, and clarity this summer! Nourish 360 is a women’s group program that focuses on three areas of health:


  • Wholesome Foods

  • Self-Care

  • Connection & Support

In our weekly class meetings you will learn several tools to attain more energy, happiness, and vibrancy in your life. We will explore ways to find time for self-care, how to eat food to provide energy and how to avoid emotional eating, all while connecting with other like-minded women.


During this 4-week series, you will be guided through a gentle whole foods eating program, have access to our private Facebook support group, and receive encouraging emails between sessions. You will also recieve a program binder full of helpful information. This wellness program provides recipes, support, self-care exercises, meal plans, shopping lists, and encouragement from your own personal health coach. A group setting provides a community experience in which its members are encouraged to access support and information from one another in order to be inspired and motivated.


Class meets every Wednesday, July 6 - July 27 and the price is for the full program.
