The Opal Cliffs Recreation District (OCRD) is a special district that is a component of Santa Cruz County government, and whose members are the owners of the surrounding residential properties in the Opal Cliffs area (generally extending from 41st Avenue to the City of Capitola City limits) of Live Oak.
