Join Masumi Diaz and Eriko Yokoyama, Co-owners of Hakouya Cooking School for a fun and educational workshop. Miso is a delicious and high-protein fermented seasoning. It is a beneficial probiotic paste that also makes other foods easier to digest. Ingredients will be prepared in advance and assembled together in class.
