Plant Ecology, Biology Of Species Invasions

On May 19th, at 11:00 AM, Ingrid Parker, Professor and Chair of the Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Department of Physical & Biological Sciences at UCSC will speak at the College 9 & 10 College Nine and Ten Multipurpose Room at UCSC.

Professor Parker seeks to understand what controls plant distribution and abundance, with an emphasis on species interactions. Much of her current work focuses on the evolutionary ecology of plant-insect mutualisms and plant-pathogen interactions.
