The Seymour Marine Discovery Center is recruiting volunteers and needs help spreading the word. Please share this opportunity far and wide with anyone looking to bring the excitement and importance of marine science to life for thousands of visitors a year. Applications are due on or before Friday, January 5, 2018 and can be downloaded from our website.

There will be an Volunteer Information Night on Thursday, December 14 from 5:00-7:00 pm where prospective volunteers can drop-in to explore the Seymour Center, learn what it means to be a docent volunteer, and talk to current volunteers. We will be accepting applications at this event.

Additionally, the same evening, December 14th, the Ocean Discovery Shop will be open from 5-7 pm for evening shopping hours.
