Rev. Dr. Kathy Hearn

We're honored to host Rev. Kathy Hearn, who is an international speaker, consultant, counselor and facilitator. She's speaking after facilitating the week's Co Creation Process to help us call in our new Minister. During 15 years as Senior Minister and 10 years in leadership with United Centers for Spiritual Living, Kathy Hearn has engaged in and facilitated profound and successful organizational change and growth. Her message is that organizations can change and move in the direction of a greater vision, shared leadership, teamwork, accountability and open communication.
Currently, Dr. Kathy serves as Dean of the Centers for Spiritual Living School of Spiritual Leadership – San Diego Regional Center.
