Rising Seas, Raising Hope: A Summit on Global Warming Activism

Jamila Raqib and Robert Helvey of the Albert Einstein Institution which advances the worldwide study and strategic use of nonviolent action in conflict will keynote a global warming summit at the Helios School in Sunnyvale on May 19 from 6:00-8:30 pm. This event showcases Helios Middle School work and initiates a two-day training on developing a grand strategy for representatives of 15 climate change organizations. The public is invited to the Thursday evening session.
