Sergio's Love Bites Italian Cooking Experience

I'm delighted to invite you to cook in my kitchen, in Santa Cruz, and sample the results of your creative efforts!!

We will focus on authentic family dishes from my home, the Piedmont region of Italy. My passion for cooking and my heritage of regional recipes are the perfect starting point to make YOU a happy and accomplished Italian cook, too.

As important today as it was to my Nonnas (grandmothers), the priority for our class is using fresh, local ingredients in our dishes. Menus change with the season of the year. The menu for the upcoming July 28 event is:
